gluten-free crust from Domino’s?

So apparently Domino’s is introducing a new gluten-free pizza crust. At first glance, we celiacs should be stoked about this. However, here’s the kicker — they don’t seem to be taking any special considerations about cross-contamination. 

Domino’s pizza made with a Gluten Free Crust is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness supports the availability of Domino’s Gluten Free Crust, but CANNOT recommend the pizza for customers with celiac disease.Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming this pizza. Argh. The wonderful Elizabeth Barbone’s comment on the Serious Eats posting sum up my feelings about this very well:
