Before moving to Santa Cruz, I had no idea there would be so many citrus trees. When I think citrus, I think SoCal, not NorCal. But lo and behold, we’ve gotta lot of citrus here. In particular, this region seems to produce a lot of Meyer lemons, which I love. I bought a bunch of them at the Live Oak Farmers Market last week and am looking forward to making some of these meyer lemon whiskey sours.

Was there a final verdict on what that lime in your yard is? Was it a rangpur?

It is, in fact, a Rangpur lime. I don’t know why BK didn’t just ask me…
