workplace snacks: EatSmart garden veggie chips

When I can no longer resist the siren song of the office vending machine, I get these: EatSmart garden veggie chips. They’re certified gluten-free, made by Snyder’s of Hanover, and they aren’t terrible unhealthy. They’re also pretty tasty and they satisfy that craving for salt that sometimes hits after a few hours of work.

Still, I’m doing my best to pack lots of snacks before I leave the apartment for the day in hopes of avoiding the vending machine. Today I’m bringing a batch of quinoa salad with roasted vegetables.
