gluten-free airport snacks

Before heading out for our flight to Barcelona from JFK, I’d planned on grabbing some quick dinner at the airport. Unfortunately, unlike most of the terminals in the airport, the American Airlines’ terminal boasts a particularly pathetic selection of eateries, and our long wait in line left us with little time. The one restaurant we found seemed overly fond of battering and frying all types of food for my liking. I decided to just grab a few snacks from the news stand instead and was happy to find Rocky Mountain Popcorn in several varieties, a healthy-ish snack that’s also labeled gluten-free. We ended up getting three bags, jalapeno  and white cheddar, both of which were incredibly tasty. I want more….especially the jalapeno.
